39LMI forever and always.
This past weekend my bestfriend graduated from high school (yes we’re three years apart, but I always forget how much younger he is because of his maturity level). I have known him since he was three and I was six and I know that he is going to be a lifelong friend, especially if he endured our friendship during the stage of me hitting him upside the head with my barbie dolls…. Anyways, he had his graduation party and so many of our childhood friends showed up. It was amazing to see how close all of us have stayed throughout everything that we’ve been through. I always imagined I’d go away to college, join a sorority and meet my friends for life, well don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying my friends from college won’t be life long friends, we just won’t share the same bond as my childhood friends. My friends from home have been with me through everything and have seen me at my very best, and my lowest points in life, and yet they have stayed right by my side. Being with my friends all weekend made me realize even more how grateful I am to have grown up where I did and know the people that I do. I am so happy with where my life is right now, yes things are not perfect, but they’re not supposed to be.

So I haven’t really posted anything personal lately and it’s honestly been because things have been so crazy… in a good way! I finally got a job, first one ever! I’m a cart girl at a golf course… most of my friends laugh and say it’s so fitting for me. I finished Spring semester with wonderful grades! And I’m about to start another internship on Monday. So overall life is grand. Summer has been relaxing, I’m finally catching up on crafting and reading. The only downside this summer, is now that I have this job I won’t be able to go home as much… which means no beach! But oh well, I’ll take what I can get. I’m really happy how everything is going with my future and the possibilities.
Oh and can’t forget…. my 21st birthday is 15 days away!! I’m so close!!!
